Heiligeweg 43-45 LEASED TO UGG

Kroonenberg Groep has signed a multi-year lease with Deckers Benelux BV for Heiligeweg 43–45 in Amsterdam, where a UGG store will open. The retail unit covers approximately 205 m² across the ground floor and basement. The building has been fully renovated, including a new shopfront.

The lease started on 1 June 2026, and the store will open after a short fit-out period. Kroonenberg Groep was assisted in this transaction by Kroese Paternotte, in collaboration with Cushman & Wakefield. UGG was assisted by CBRE.
