The retail unit covers approximately 205 m\u00b2 across the ground floor and basement. The building has been fully renovated, including a new shopfront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The footwear brand UGG is dedicated to creating designs it is proud of. It makes timeless products with sculpted, functional designs and bold, provocative ideas. Responsibly made from the finest materials and driven by innovation, its shoes are built to last. Its high-quality products are there for life&#8217;s most important moments, now and always.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The lease started on 1 June 2026, and the store will open after a short fit-out period. Kroonenberg Groep was assisted in this transaction by Kroese Paternotte, in collaboration with Cushman &amp; Wakefield.
