Playhood will move into one of them, with a 65 m\u00b2 reception area on the ground floor and 550 m\u00b2 on the first floor. Playhood is a small-scale indoor play space where role play and imagination for young children take centre stage, offering children and adults a fun, creative and educational play experience. The lease starts on 1 November and Playhood will open in early 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ton Overmars will move into the unit next to Playhood, opposite Jumbo. The retailer is already a tenant at Gelderlandplein and is moving to this 200 m\u00b2 unit to expand its already wide range further. The lease starts on 1 October and the shop will open in mid-November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The former Ecco and La Valise units have also recently been combined, and Pipoos will open there. Pipoos has signed a multi-year lease for 290 m\u00b2 across the ground floor and basement. Pipoos is the largest chain of hobby and craft supplies stores in the Netherlands and Belgium. The lease started on 1 September and the shop will open soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kroonenberg Groep is advised on the letting of Gelderlandplein by Kroese Paternotte. Playhood is advised by Savills, and Pipoos was assisted by The Martin Retail Properties BV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
