{"id":8022,"date":"2025-12-18T17:05:00","date_gmt":"2025-12-18T16:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kroonenberg.nl\/news\/2025\/anterieure-overeenkomst-met-gemeente-ondertekend\/"},"modified":"2025-12-31T15:48:56","modified_gmt":"2025-12-31T14:48:56","slug":"development-agreement-signed-with-municipality","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kroonenberg.nl\/en\/news\/2025\/development-agreement-signed-with-municipality\/","title":{"rendered":"DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT SIGNED WITH MUNICIPALITY"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kroonenberg Groep and the municipality of Amsterdam have taken an important step in the transformation of Sloterdijk I Zuid (Contactbuurt).&nbsp;&nbsp;The signing of the development agreement for Block I South signifies agreement for the development of a mixed programme of up to 850 homes, part of which is aimed at families in the mid-market segment.&nbsp;The plan also includes about 10,000 m2 for offices, businesses, catering establishments and social facilities, such as a community room and residential treatment location for young people.&nbsp;NEOO is involved in this redevelopment as the delegated developer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This development aligns with the ambition to transform the Contactbuurt into a vibrant, green neighbourhood with a diverse housing supply and space for urban businesses. Block I South\u2019s location close to amenities such as sports facilities, the Westerpark and schools, makes it an ideal place for families.&nbsp;The Contactbuurt is one of the first areas to be
