Kroonenberg Groep has reached an agreement with Retailors Netherlands BV for a long-term lease for a Nike store in Zuidplein shopping centre. The leased property concerns approximately 845 m2 of retail space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At over 60,000 m2 with approximately 160 stores and around 13 million visitors per year, the Zuidplein shopping centre is one of the largest indoor shopping centres in the Netherlands. It has been transformed and expanded by the joint owners over recent years. Part of the redevelopment included the transformation of Het Pand, which formerly housed Hema and Scapino. Nike and new tenant NEW YORKER will both be located at this location on the central square, which means that Het Pand is now fully let.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the tenant\u2019s request, the fa\u00e7ade of the property rented by Nike will be modified by architect T-Concept. The leased property will be delivered to the tenant in early April, after which they will open their doors in June after a brief installation period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nike is the world’s largest supplier of sporting goods. It is an American company and manufacturer of sports shoes, sportswear, sports equipment and accessories. Nike sells its products under the brand names Air Jordan, Nike Air Max, Nike Golf and Team Starter, among others. The Converse and Hurley brands also belong to Nike. In addition to the company\u2019s approximately 1,100 stores, the brand is also sold by other retailers and online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
