Kroonenberg Groep has reached an agreement with LOT61 and Van Vuure for two long-term leases. LOT61 has leased 106 m2 of catering space at Stationsplein 42, while tobacconist Van Vuure has leased 63 m2 at Stationsplein 43. A larger retail unit was split to create these two commercial premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
LOT61’s lease commenced on 1 March, while Van Vuure’s lease commenced on 1 April. Both shops will open their doors in the near future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
