The leased property concerns a retail space of approximately 360 m2 on the ground floor and 100 m2 of storage space in the basement at Binnenban 40-44. The lease commenced on 1 June and the store will be opening after a short period of renovation work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since opening its first store in 1982, Takko Fashion has grown into one of Europe\u2019s most successful discount fashion retailers, with around 18,000 employees.
