The leased property concerns a retail space of 473 m2 in the shopping centre. The site was home to Blokker until the end of 2024. Douglas is already a tenant in the shopping centre and is moving to a different location in which it can further expand its services. The lease will commence on 1 April 2025 and Douglas will open the doors of its new store after a brief fitting-out period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A long-term lease was also concluded with Intertoys. Until recently, Intertoys was a subtenant of Blokker but will now rent directly from Kroonenberg Groep. The existing store consists of 67 m2 on the ground floor and 520 m2 in the basement and it will be renovated in line with Intertoys\u2019 latest concept. The lease commenced on 14 February 2025 and the store is temporarily closed for renovation but will reopen on 29 March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroonenberg Groep is advised on the leasing of Gelderlandplein properties by KroesePaternotte.
