Kroonenberg Groep has reached an agreement with a multinational supply chain management and logistics company for the long-term lease of office space at Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 223 in Amsterdam, also known as De Pershal. The leased property comprises the entire office space with an area of approximately 2,700 m\u00b2. The contract will commence after turnkey delivery by the contractor on 1 March 2025, after which the tenant will immediately move into the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Built at this Amsterdam location in 1930, the stately Telegraaf building was known for its colossal printing presses in the high-ceilinged press hall on the ground floor. An earlier redevelopment in 2018, designed by architecture firm Rijnboutt, restored much of the former grandeur of the Art Deco listed building and included the restoration of the press hall’s spectacular height of about 8 metres. Over the past year, the space was renovated into a state-of-the-art office space as designed by Rijnboutt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
