The 90 m<sup>2<\/sup> store is currently vacant and will be part of a redevelopment. One large store of about 560 m<sup>2<\/sup> will be created from this property along with the adjacent properties at numbers 789-793 and 785. The entire premises will get a new facade with one entrance at the front and another opposite C&amp;A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At over 60,000 m\u00b2 with approximately 160 stores and around 13 million visitors per year, the Zuidplein shopping centre is one of the largest indoor shopping centres in the Netherlands. It has been transformed and expanded by the joint owners over recent years. Routes in the centre have been improved, storefronts and ceilings were renewed and raised, and natural light has been enhanced. Zuidplein shopping centre has been given a fresh, modern look with some impressive storefronts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new store is expected to be completed and available for lease by mid-April 2024. Seller Patrizia Netherlands BV was advised in this transaction by Brickstone and Loyens &amp; Loeff.
