The leased property consists of approximately 3,025 m<sup>2<\/sup> of retail space divided over two floors. NEW YORKER is already located at Zuidplein, but is moving to a different location in the shopping centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zuidplein shopping centre has been redeveloped and expanded in recent years. A total of 7,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> of retail space and 200 additional parking spaces have been added. This redevelopment was officially opened by Mayor Aboutaleb in January 2023. The shopping centre attracts some 12.5 million visitors a year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Part of the redevelopment included the transformation of Het Pand, which formerly housed Hema and Scapino. Located on the central square in the shopping centre, Het Pand has become a real eye-catcher with a facade made entirely of LED lighting. NEW YORKER will take up residence at this location. The leased property will be handed over to the tenant in early April, after which they will open their doors after a short installation period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With more than 1,200 shops in over 47 countries, NEW YORKER is one of Europe&#8217;s leading brands offering young, trend-conscious customers the latest fashion.
