Kroonenberg Groep has signed leases with Kwantum and Doppio for the beautifully renovated property located on the corner of Ferdinand Bolstraat and Eerste Jan van der Heijdenstraat. Kwantum rents approximately 225 m\u00b2 on the ground floor and 110 m\u00b2 in the basement, while Doppio rents approximately 86 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The property has recently been thoroughly renovated based on a design by architect Daniel Peters of DAMAST architects. The design took into account the history of the building, of which all the original details had disappeared over the course of many years and renovations. The design matches the historic character of the street, with a contemporary, chic twist. The facade is made of a combination of black steel and large bonded glass windows, which give the shop an attractive appearance. The property was also returned to its original layout of two shops with entrances on both Ferdinand Bolstraat and Eerste Jan van der Heijdenstraat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On completion, the property on Ferdinand Bolstraat 114 \u2014 118 was already rented to Kwantum, which opens its first shop in the city centre here on Friday 21 May. This enables Kwantum to make custom window treatments and floors accessible to the city dweller. The starting point for this shop is the reduced mobility of the city dweller and the growing demand for total solutions for windows and floors\u2014 which includes everything from custom-made products, advice and other products to measuring and hanging or assembling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Doppio shop has its entrance on Eerste Jan van der Heijdenstraat 115. Doppio is a new brand of e-bike that has been developed as a solution to the mobility issues in increasingly busy cities. The shop will open in the summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
