Unitz
Unitz offers individual and flexible office workspace for self-employed professionals, established companies, and start-ups. Companies can lease self-contained, high-quality, turnkey office units starting at 30 m² and up. Flexible lease agreements and rental periods are available. The average contract term is two years. Unitz is growing along with its client companies. Clients can, for example, move into a larger unit, combine various units in the same building, or relocate to a different Unitz location. Unitz’s tenants each have their own office space and also share some facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen. The level of finish is of the highest quality: a cleanly designed new office space is made available to each tenant from the first day of the contract.
