ROKIN | AMSTERDAM

The monumental Rokin 69 has been restored to its former glory. The building centrally located in the city center of Amsterdam was built in 1901 for The Marine Insurance Company Ltd. The design by architect G. van Arkel was inspired by the sobriety of art nouveaux and the formal language of Berlage.

In recent years the building has been divided into separate Unitz offices. With the recent renovation, modern, large and high-quality office floors have been created in the approximately 1,300 m2 office building, and the beautiful monumental details have been restored and combined with modern, contemporary elements.
