Centre Ville | Lisse

Centre Ville is the new apartment complex on the corner of Kanaalstraat and Heereweg in Lisse. The project provides 24 owner-occupied flats. Six of these flats are connected to a commercial space on the ground floor, located on the shopping street.

Unlike the old building that stood on this site, this new complex is well anchored in its surroundings. No block box but variety in volumes, details and use of colour. The spaces are light, with lots of glass in the facade. In this way, we provide the liveliness that comes with a shopping street.
