GINA TRICOT LEASES KALVERSTRAAT 176

Kroonenberg Group has signed a long-term lease agreement with Gina Tricot for a retail unit at Kalverstraat 176 in Amsterdam. This will be Gina Tricot’s first brick and mortar shop in the Netherlands. The premises consist of approximately 325 sqm of retail space split between a ground floor and first floor. The storefront has been completely renovated and features a brand-new facade, resulting in an A++ energy label.

Gina Tricot is a leading Swedish fashion chain with a strong European retail network. The brand focuses on modern, elegant and accessible women’s fashion inspired by sustainability and contemporary Scandinavian style.
