TAKKO LEASES IN HOOGVLIET ROTTERDAM

Kroonenberg Groep has reached agreement with Takko for a long-term lease of retail space in the Hoogvliet shopping centre in Rotterdam. The leased property concerns a retail space of approximately 360 m2 on the ground floor and 100 m2 of storage space in the basement at Binnenban 40-44. The lease commenced on 1 June and the store will be opening after a short period of renovation work.

Since opening its first store in 1982, Takko Fashion has grown into one of Europe’s most successful discount fashion retailers, with around 18,000 employees. With almost 2,000 shops in 17 European countries, they offer fashionable clothing for the whole family – from baby clothes and children’s fashion to women’s and men’s clothing.
