OFFICE SPACES UNITZ RENTED AT BUITENVELDERTSELAAN 148

Kroonenberg Groep has reached agreement with several tenants for office space within the Unitz concept at Buitenveldertselaan 148. A total of 892 m2 was leased to eight different tenants, spread across the first and fourth floors.

Four tenants will be located on the fourth floor, including Nova-X Europe BV, provider of crypto services; De Vrije Blick Management B.V., a real estate investment company investing in Dutch rental properties; and Alpex Legal B.V., a boutique law firm in the field of mergers and acquisitions. The fourth floor is now fully let. One unit is still available on the first floor.

The office building at Buitenveldertselaan 148 in Amsterdam was recently redeveloped into an impressive workplace. With a ground-floor entrance, four floors, a beautiful 175 m2 roof terrace and a basement with extensive gym, there are ample options for various business activities. Tenants can also use the well-equipped meeting rooms. Due to the successful leasing, the Unitz concept will now also be realised on the 2nd floor.
