EXTENSIONS ON THE DANIEL GOEDKOOPSTRAAT

Kroonenberg Groep has reached agreement with the Municipality of Amsterdam for a long-term extension of the existing lease for business premises at Daniël Goedkoopstraat 7-9. The leased property concerns 5,150 m² of office space and 6,465 m² of commercial space. This location is home to the municipality’s Supervision and Enforcement department.

A long-term lease extension has also been agreed with Mobilis Crossfit at Daniël Goedkoopstraat 29. The leased property concerns 991 m² of commercial space. Mobilis Crossfit is a gym which offers strength and conditioning training programmes which aim to stimulate the body in the widest possible sense.
