EXPANSION OF XNRGY PADEL CENTRE

Kroonenberg Groep has reached agreement with XNRGY Club B.V. for the expansion of the existing long-term lease agreement for the premises located at De Flinessestraat 8 – 10 and Van der Madeweg. The huge sports complex measuring around 3,515 m2 with 12-metre-high ceilings has been expanded by about 900 m2.

The expansion involved creating 3 additional indoor courts, including 1 centre court with a grandstand – known as the XNRGY Arena – 1 standard padel court and 1 singles court. An additional outdoor court has also been added. The area to relax and have a drink after playing or wait until a court is free has also been expanded.

XNRGY now has 13 state-of-the-art indoor courts and 1 outdoor court, making it the largest padel centre in Amsterdam. Visitors to XNRGY praise the club’s high quality surfaces, the well-maintained courts and its professional, accessible atmosphere. In short, it’s a great place for recreational and avid players.

The expansion is now complete and the courts are in use.
