Kroonenberg Groep has reached an agreement with Sport2000 regarding a long-term lease for a retail space providing approx. 568 m² at Binnenban 7. The shop will open in the autumn of 2017. Bruna has also signed a long-term lease for a retail location, this one providing approx. 210 m² at Binnenban 95. This contract will go into effect on 1 June; the shop will open at the end of the summer following an installation period.

In addition to these new tenants, Kroonenberg Groep has also reached agreements with Vodafone, Adam Menswear, Specsavers, Izendoorn Schoen- en Sleutelservice, MS Mode and Hunkemöller for long-term extensions of their leases.

Within the shopping centre, De Intuitie (gift and body art studio) has moved from Binnenban 23 to Binnenban 99.

Winkelcentrum Hoogvliet in Rotterdam is a shopping centre that provides customers with retail facilities for both their everyday purchases and other shopping needs. At the end of 2016, it introduced an app that keeps its customers informed about news, special offers and activities.
