Kroonenberg Groep has reached an agreement with Dunkin’ Donuts for a long-term lease in the Hilvertshof shopping centre in Hilversum. The property being leased will provide approx.

115 m² and is located next to the entrance of the shopping centre on Groest.

Dunkin' Donuts is an American chain which, in addition to its famous donuts, sells fair trade coffee and other baked goods. This hugely popular international company opened its first store in the Netherlands early in 2017 and has grown steadily ever since. Worldwide, Dunkin’ Donuts has more than 12,000 stores in 45 countries. The location in the Hilvertshof will be the ninth one that Dunkin’ Donuts has opened in the Netherlands.

The lease will become effective on 1 January. Dunkin’ Donuts will celebrate the opening of its latest store on 31 January. The first visitor will have the honour of cutting the ribbon and officially opening the store. The first 100 customers will win free donuts for a year, and visitors to the grand opening will enjoy 

entertainment, special products and special give-aways.
