ZARA opened its entirely renovated store in the Hilvertshof shopping centre on Thursday, 10 November. Zara is no newcomer to the Hilvertshof since it had already been leasing a retail space of around 1,300 m² on the ground floor of this shopping centre. Now, after a major renovation, the total floor space covers 3,400 m² distributed over two floors. Zara will carry its entire line of ladies', men's and children's clothing at its Hilvertshof location.

Kroonenberg Groep began the activities needed for the redevelopment of the Hilvertshof shopping centre in 2015. It’s undergoing an extensive remodelling according to plans created by Architectenbureau Rijnboutt B.V. in which light, air and space are the most important changes. Austere rectilinear shapes are being replaced by curved shapes featuring many glass surfaces. The number of entrances is being reduced from eight to five. This transformation of the shopping centre has made it possible for retailers to lease larger retail units.

H&M and Vero Moda also recently opened their new stores in this shopping centre. They will be followed in 2017 by Mango and Primark. Other tenants include Blokker , Kruidvat, Dirk, Pipoos and Nelson.
