Op=OP Voordeelshops leases in Rotterdam
Op=Op Voordeelshops has signed a long-term lease with Kroonenberg Groep for two new retail units in Rotterdam. Op=Op will lease approx. 295 m² of retail space at Hesseplaats 56 and approx. 525 m² divided between the ground floor and the basement in Winkelcentrum Hoogvliet. Both contracts became effective on 1 October 2015; following a brief installation period, the shops will open this autumn.
The lease between Kroonenberg Groep and Op=Op Voordeelshops for retail space at Burgemeester Bramerstraat 6 in Hardenberg has also been extended on a long-term basis.
The Op=Op Voordeelshops provide a large selection of chemist’s products, detergents and cleaning products at very low prices. The first Op=Op shop opened in Klazienaveen in 1997. The Op=Op Voordeelshops chain grew steadily and opened its 100th retail outlet in June 2015.
For this lease, Kroonenberg Groep was advised by Colliers International and Van Splunter Bedrijfshuisvesting. The lessee was represented by Jacobs van der Meij.
