Albert Heijn leases in Gansehof Coevorden
Ahold signed a long-term lease with Kroonenberg Groep for approximately 1,575 m² of retail space in Winkelcentrum Gansehof in Coevorden for Albert Heijn. Once Lidl vacated the shopping centre, Kroonenberg Groep had a chance to reconfigure the space in the Gansehof. This meant an opportunity to create a larger shopping facility for existing les-see Albert Heijn. Albert Heijn’s main entrance will also be moved to the inside of the shopping centre.
Included in the changes to the shopping centre is a new lift providing direct access to the parking deck. The Municipality of Coevorden is going to reconfigure the shopping centre’s surroundings to make the parking deck easier to reach in the future.
The leasing company will still have approximately 1,265 m² of space next to Albert Heijn left over for the leasing of another retail unit. More information about this is available from Kroonenberg Groep or through Uniek Makelaars.
