Construction of office building The Curve has started
On behalf of Kroonenberg Groep, BAM Utiliteitsbouw has started construction of the project The Curve, located at tt. Vasumweg 58 in Amsterdam Noord. The official date of the start of construction was Thursday, 22 April 2010.
The Curve is characterised by the striking oval shape of the design, which features a full glass facade. The building was designed by architect Ed Veenendaal.
The total lettable floor area is approximately 4,350 m2 divided over six storeys. The building has a range of sustainable facilities, such as underground storage, triple glazing and daylight-dependant lighting. The building is surrounded by a secure car park with approximately 88 parking spaces.
Kroonenberg Groep is presently still looking for a lessee for the building, which is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2011.
Van Gool Elburg Vastgoedspecialisten and Savills Agency B.V. are involved in the letting of the building.
