Multi sells Hardenberg to Kroonenberg Groep
Multi Vastgoed (previously AM Vastgoed) is selling the Hardenberg development to Kroonenberg Groep. The two parties will sign a declaration of intent on Thursday 16 March at the Mipim in Cannes, on the basis of which a turn-key contract will be prepared.
The investment in 9,000 m² of retail outlets and parking is approximately €28m.
In the next few years, a multi-functional inner city center will be created, with shops, homes and offices in the relaxed Hardenberg style. Besides the 9,000 m² of retail space, the plan includes around 125 apartments for sale and to let, which are not included in the agreement, and around 600 parking spaces.
The Municipality of Hardenberg is responsible for the new public land, which includes an impressive market square.
The design is by T+T Design, and the plan’s chief architect is Mei Architecten. OPL Architecten is responsible for the elaboration of the public area.
Construction will begin later this year.
Appelhoven Vastgoedadviseurs of Amsterdam advised Kroonenberg Groep regarding the transaction.
